Bringing your heritage vessel to Victoria for the Classic Boat Festival continues a 46-year tradition of celebrating and sharing our maritime heritage together in the Inner Harbour.

Registration is open to vessels of Classic design and Traditional construction. Unique vessels of maritime interest are considered by invitation only

20’ – 30’ – $243.00
31’ – 45’ – $278.00
46’ – 59’ – $312.00
60’ – 80’ – $335.00
Beyond 80’ – $358.00
Cost includes four nights moorage and your boater registration package.
Registration fees cover:
- weekend moorage for 4 nights (12 PM on August 29 – 12 PM on September 2)
- boater registration package
Event tickets to the Welcome Reception and tickets to the Sunday Awards Banquet are not included in registration and must be purchased separately.
The Welcome Reception – a Victoriana Gin & Tea Sandwich Party – will be held at the Canadian Pacific Lawn Bowling and Croquet Club on Friday, 29 August from 4:00 – 6:00 PM. Wear whites, enjoy a game on the lawn, and get to know your fellow boaters. Light snacks and beverages will be served, with a cash/debit/credit bar. Event tickets are not included in your registration fee and must be purchased at the registration link for $25 each.
We are delighted to announce the Vancouver Island Ballroom at the Hotel Grand Pacific will be our 2025 venue! The Awards Banquet will be held from 6:00 – 8:30 PM on Sunday, August 31. Tickets are $78 each, and will not be sold at the door, so please purchase tickets through the boater registration link prior to the August 15 cut-off.
Registered boaters receive an official welcome email a few weeks prior to the Festival, and the same information will be in your registration package that you receive on the docks. Check your email for updates and reminders leading up to the Festival, so you don’t miss a thing!
