THIS WEEK’S TALK: INDIGENOUS WHALING ON VANCOUVER ISLAND
For this week’s talk, join Sean McLorie, speaking on Indigenous whaling on Vancouver Island, including the people of the Nuu-Chah-Nulth as well as the Coast Salish People. The talk will include how they whaled, frequency of whaling, the cultural importance, and the tools used.
