Welcome Vanessa Spacey, our new Archives Intern!
Vanessa (she/her) was raised in Mexico surrounded by the ocean. She recently completed an MA in Art History and Visual Studies, and also has a BA in Art History and History from the University of Victoria. Starting with rocks she picked up on the beach and Sidney’s Mineral World (that is now permanently closed) the number of collections she has has grown. With family members interested in the search and documentation of their family history she was raised in a family with a love of history. She is never without a book or two. In her free time she can be found with friends, embroidering, or of course reading.
