The Maritime Museum of BC is launching a brand new fundraiser for the next three weeks, in support of programs for all ages: the Sea Song Showdown! Help the Museum raise $10,000 by June 24 while immersing yourself in maritime music!
To celebrate World Oceans Day, the volunteer sea shanty chorus, MMBC's Salt Sea Singers, will sing a selection of songs from the Sea Song Showdown in the Museum gallery.
Join the Salt Sea Singers at Ship Point for a sing-a-long performance of eight favourite sea songs, as part of our Sea Song Showdown.
